Some of our Charities ie Cats Protection, RSPCA and Dogs Trust cannot afford to pay a wage to someone without experience or animal care qualifications so can only take learners who qualify for the EMA allowance, until they become a qualified member of staff. 16-18 year olds will get an initial £2.50 per hour  uring training.
