Overview:
This customer service qualification is offered as an NVQ at levels 2 and 3. Learners are required to hold a work placement in a customer service environment (Vets, pet shop, kennels etc…). The customer service program may be taken alongside another program at LITE or as a stand-alone option. Formal classes are not normally held, although tutorials can be organised as and when necessary. You will be required to complete a portfolio to demonstrate customer service skills.
